Contact Lens Reordering:

If you are a current patient and you need to order contact lenses, just fill in the form above or send an email to staff@westbayeye.com  As long as we have current billing information and a credit card number on file, we will process your order and either mail your lenses to you or you can come in and pick them up.  Just let us know in the email and we will be happy to process your order for you.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 business hours of placing your order.  Please contact us if you do not hear back in that time frame.
